Wright’s Renovations, located at 7101 Platt Rd, Ypsilanti, MI 48197, offers an SMS program for customers who opt in through the website contact form or by providing verbal or written consent during a consultation.

Program description. Customers who opt in will receive text messages related to project inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, and project status communications from Wright’s Renovations.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on project activity. Customers typically receive between 2 and 8 messages per month during an active project.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply according to the customer’s mobile carrier plan. Wright’s Renovations does not charge for the SMS program.

Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After sending STOP, the customer will receive one final message confirming the opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless the customer opts in again.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or call Wright’s Renovations at (734) 540-0347 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
