Will Sujek is the director of new business at Wright’s Renovations, and for many homeowners he’s the first person they meet. He has been with the team for three years, and his career started with a love of working with his hands that still shapes how he scopes a renovation.

Alongside that hands-on experience, he studied at the University of Michigan, earning a bachelor’s degree in economics and then a master’s degree in management. The economics degree built his foundation in planning; the management degree sharpened his leadership, strategic planning and sense of how an organization runs well.
