Connor Wright

Connor Wright is the founder of Wright’s Renovations and the person who set its standard. His background covers custom homes, general contracting and architectural design, and he brought all three together in a company that draws the plan and builds it with the same team. He has a sharp eye for detail and a habit of asking what a room is for before asking what it should look like.

How Connor works

Under Connor’s leadership the company has built its reputation on homes and businesses alike, from subtle updates to complete overhauls, by treating each one as a collaboration with the client. His belief is simple: the spaces people live in should reflect who they are, fit the way they live and make daily life better. That thinking runs through the design-build approach on every job, where pricing, drawings and schedule are settled with the homeowner before the first wall comes down.

Connor also takes the community side of the business seriously. He takes part in local initiatives around Ypsilanti and Washtenaw County, and he expects the company to add something to the neighborhoods it works in, not just bill them. It’s a big part of why clients keep sending friends and family through the door.

Away from the job site

When he isn’t working, Connor is usually moving. He plays hockey, longboards through town and spends time with his three dogs. If you’d like to see the kind of work that comes out of his shop, check out our portfolio, then contact us today to talk through your own project.
