The brand, in one breath.

A trusted neighbor who happens to be a renovation expert. Professional yet warm. Knowledgeable yet approachable. Confident enough to charge premium prices, humble enough to listen first. Built by people who care about the details most contractors skip.

How Wright’s sounds, in every channel

Direct without being blunt. Warm without being saccharine. Specific without being a brochure. The website reads in third person, never “we.” The visitor is meeting Wright’s, not being talked to by it.

Direct

Eight weeks, demo to keys. Forty-two decisions. Three trades sequencing through.

Warm

The Mitchells wanted a kitchen for the long evenings. So that is what the team built.

Specific

Cambria Brittanicca Warm quartz, mitered edge. Schuler inset cabinetry in painted maple. Top Knobs Aspen II hardware.

Logo and marks

The house-and-W mark is the most recognized asset the company owns, set in two fixed brand colors that stand apart from the orange website palette. Use approved files only. Never recolor the mark into Solaris or any palette color, never stretch or rotate it, and never place the full-color mark on a busy photo or dark fill.

Fixed marks, not part of the digital palette
Clear space and size: reserve clear margin around the mark equal to the width of the window square inside the house outline. Nav size 64px ideal, 40px minimum legible; below 28px the wordmark drops out and the mark-only version is used. Never stretch, rotate, recolor, or place the full-color logo on a busy photo or dark fill.
Voice quick reference

Website pages use third person, “Wright’s Renovations” or “the team,” never “we.” Blog posts use Connor’s first person. Prefer create over build, transform over remodel, craft over construct. No em dashes anywhere in finished copy.

FAQ accordion.

Click to expand. Each item handles a real homeowner concern, the kind that shows up in proposal review calls and discovery meetings.

How long does a typical kitchen remodel take?

From the day the first wall is touched, most kitchen remodels run between six and ten weeks. The bigger variable is the design phase before construction starts, which ranges from three to six weeks depending on selections and structural complexity. Wright’s keeps families informed of the schedule in writing every Friday afternoon.

Do you handle the permits?

Yes. Wright’s pulls every permit the project requires, building, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical, and coordinates all inspections. Homeowners are never the ones standing on the porch waiting for the inspector.

What happens if something unexpected is found behind a wall?

It happens. Old wiring, ungrounded plumbing, a missing header. When something turns up, the project manager walks the homeowner through what was found, what the options are, and what each option costs. No surprises hidden in the next invoice.

Can we live in the house during construction?

For most single-room projects, yes. For whole-home renovations that take heating or plumbing offline for weeks, the team discusses whether temporary arrangements make more sense. That conversation happens before contracts are signed, not after.

Is there a warranty on the work?

Two years of workmanship coverage on everything Wright’s installs, plus pass-through of manufacturer warranties on cabinetry, appliances, fixtures, and surfaces. If something fails inside that window, the team comes back and fixes it.

data-atmosphere · 900ms lerp

The page background lerps between cream, warm cream, navy, and a Solaris finale as sections take the viewport center.

Cream to warm cream to navy to Solaris

Variable font weight morph documented

DM Sans weight axis · per-letter

Letters closer to the cursor thicken, letters further away thin. Requires the variable font file.

Page-load curtain reveal documented

mark draws itself · once per session

A full-screen curtain with the W mark drawing itself, then wiping upward to reveal the page. Replaces the generic spinner.

Live versus documented. The live demos above run inline because they are cheap and safe. The documented moves ship on the site as opt-in classes and data attributes, each gated on prefers-reduced-motion with a touch fallback. This reference lists the full library so nothing gets reinvented per page.

Governance and the brand card.

A reference nobody enforces is a mood board. This one has owners, a review cadence, and canonical facts that outrank memory when they disagree.

5.0 average from 50 verified reviews. Update only against a real current pull.
type
Playfair Display for headlines, DM Sans for reading, JetBrains Mono for labels and data. Sentence case everywhere, no em dashes anywhere.
color
Cream ground, ink-navy type. Orange is a scarce accent for links, focus rings, form toggles, and one italic accent word, never a routine fill. Orange text on light is always #C03917.
buttons
Primary is ink navy with a white label on light surfaces, and inverts to a white fill with an ink-navy label on dark. Secondary and outline carry parallel and utility actions. Orange is never a button fill.
logo
Fixed marks in logo navy #0E1236 and logo blue #3E58A7, outside the digital palette. Never recolored, stretched, or rotated. Reversed white version on dark surfaces.
links
Absolute, https, non-www, trailing slash, verified live. At least one internal link per 100 words.
owner
Diller, Chief Growth Officer. Final call on execution, copy, and design standards.

Connor Wright, Founder. Approves positioning, the logo, the homepage hero, and anything that changes what the company promises.

precedence
The live site outranks internal docs on URLs. This reference outranks taste.

How to ship a module.

Copy the markup into a Kadence block, ship its CSS as a WPCode snippet, swap the demo copy for real copy, run the gates, and publish. Tokens already live in the Customizer, so never redefine or hardcode them.

Copy the markup into a Kadence Custom HTML block. Copy its CSS into a new labeled WPCode snippet, Site Wide Header, Auto Insert. Never redefine the tokens.

Swap the demo copy for real copy, then run the gates: forbidden words and no widows on the words, QA on the built file. Icons ship as base64 CSS background images, never inline SVG.

Keep internal links absolute, https, non-www, with a trailing slash. The only phone number is (734) 540-0347.

Publish, purge the CDN, retest in an incognito window, and grep the page source for one known string from your new CSS. “It did not work” is usually a stale cache.

Every image ships with alt text, width, height, and lazy loading below the fold. Swap stock photos for real Wright’s project photography before anything goes public.

Failures already paid for: percent-encoded SVG data URIs get mangled by the CDN into blank icons, so icons are base64 only. Inline style and script tags get stripped by the sanitizer, so markup lives in Kadence blocks and CSS lives in snippets. Theme cascade overrode button states, so buttons carry explicit color on every state, including visited and focus-visible.

Page map and schema.

Pages are assembled, not invented. Pick the page type, take its section stack, swap the copy. Schema mirrors visible content only.

Page typeSection stack, top to bottom
HomepageAnnouncement bar, hero, service area, service cards, process, cost cards, comparison, gallery, FAQ, credentials, founder quote, footer CTA. One proof beat per page.
Service pageBreadcrumb, interior hero, value props, process, cost cards, portfolio card, testimonials, FAQ, related posts, footer CTA, sticky CTA on mobile.
City hubBreadcrumb, interior hero with local proof, service cards, gallery, testimonials, service area, FAQ, footer CTA, sticky CTA on mobile.
Cost guideBreadcrumb, post header, article body, line-item estimate, cost cards, FAQ, related posts, footer CTA, sticky CTA on mobile.
Blog postBreadcrumb, post header, article body, founder quote when it fits, related posts, footer CTA.
PortfolioBreadcrumb, interior hero, gallery, portfolio cards, testimonials, footer CTA.
Landing pageHero, stats band, comparison, line-item estimate, testimonials, credentials, lead form, footer CTA, sticky CTA on mobile.
Schema pack

Yoast is the schema engine. Hand-ship only what Yoast cannot produce, and mirror visible content exactly. JSON-LD ships as a page-targeted WPCode header snippet, never in a Kadence block, because the sanitizer strips script tags.
